Last week, I finally got the first round of edits for “The Waxing Moon” from my editor. I’ve been working on that every night since then, and I’m still only halfway through.
Apart from editing my novel, I spent the last few weeks working on a short story about Laurant, a side character from “The Waxing Moon”.
To polish this short story, I even enlisted the help of an editor – Rachel Naughton. Since she’s just starting out, I was lucky to get a free sample edit. She really helped me make my short story shine.
